2007
S&T acquires IMG Group
The Information Management Group (IMG) is an internationally active consulting house that has specialised in the generation and implementation of international cross-company business models in processes and systems. S&T Group with 1,200 ERP / SAP consultants now belongs among the larger SAP consulting houses in Europe.
2003
S&T acquires Fujitsu Services subsidiaries in 7 countries including Romania
This acquisition, the largest in S&T’ s history, significantly strengthened the company's market presence in Central and Eastern Europe and opened up new markets for the S&T Group. In Romania, after the acquisition of the Romanian Representation of Fujitsu Services, S&T Romania became one of the most important players on the Romanian IT market with strong systems integration capabilities.
2002
S&T Romania merger with Plaut Consulting
This alliance enabled S&T and Plaut to provide joint SAP consultancy services to customers due to the access to larger resources and a wide range of IT expertise.
2001
S&T Romania acquires Netway Computer Systems
This acquisition strengthened S&T's strategy in its core business - Information Technology Solutions - and accelerated S&T' s focus on providing clients with fully - integrated IT solutions
2000
S&T Romania becomes the HQ of S&T Region South
As a recognition of the good results over years S&T Romania becomes the headquarters of S&T Region South. All subsidiaries of Region South receive business directions and support from Romania.
1994
S&T AG opens its 100% owned subsidiary on the Romanian market
