MIS for the Consumer Protection Authority

The Management Information System for tracking the activity of Consumer Protection Inspectors is a distributed information system designed to register the inspectors’ activity in 42 counties regarding the economic operators, fact-finding statements, reports, complaints, checked products, legal acts, sanctions, disposed measures.

The information is consolidated at HQ in order to obtain operational analysis, reports and statistics that are used to quantify the inspectors' activity.
